Your First Visit
Our objective during your first visit with us is to become acquainted with you and with your past dental experiences so that we can establish a treatment plan that meets your needs. Please bring along any dental images that have been taken within the past six months and your insurance card if you have dental coverage.
You can expect your initial exam to take about one hour. One of our dentists will perform a thorough examination. Most often, digital images are taken so that your doctor can examine your mouth for tooth decay, periodontal problems, jaw problems and any signs of oral cancer. These records will help your doctor to provide an evaluation outlining any existing dental problems you may have as well as a proposed treatment plan. We encourage questions and promise to take the time to answer any inquiries you have.
Please see the ‘Patient Forms‘ available on our website. We ask that you print & fill out these forms and bring them along with you as it will assist us with your care.
Thanks for stopping by our blog! We will be using this space to share office news and information with you. We also will posting interesting reading materials here related to the exciting world of dentistry so drop in often to see what’s new!
